San Jose, Occ Mindoro, Dec 13, 2020, after 8 hours drive, 3 hours sea travel and 30 mins away from destination (as per waze's) my car 'brokedown!' That i know this venture has finally started and bound for greatness ahead!

let me walk you through how it all started.....

Nov 18, 2020 out of desperation from a crashing iPhone while iCloud has reached it maximum data, i realized some important files and photos were not synchronized and stored. Worried about leaving this world untraced of significance (yes this is the #Covid19 pandemic post depression speaking), I posted some of my old commissioned artworks in Facebook, so to least store them somewhere where i would be reminded that it did happened and existed! Minutes later, as my closed-knitted friends reacted which boost my ebbing morale, Ms. X who would never be named :) inquired with amazement if those artwork were my paintings! I know! and the nerve!

God has sent me an angel through Ms. X. as she intended to commissioned my first work.

Nearly a month passed, 4 more inquiries happened, and ended up potential clients. Thrilled with pimple-sized goosebumps not because of excitement but of worries creeping as anxiety to where on this pandemic lockdown with no income for almost a year would bring me, God with all His might and humor, drop every pieces to its rightful places... exactly like a flying pigeon's dropping in your shaved head.

Funds came in, work place has been set, old brushes and palette are still in good shape, tubes of paint still squeezable -- proof that no reason not to do this venture. I closed the deals, Eric agreed to help as an apprentice who would do all frames and canvas stretching, make travel arrangements and paperwork within a day and as if covid pandemic has never existed. The pigeon is hovering above me... while walking with shitty excitement this time. Dec 13 is the date stamped in all my travel document, thank God it's Sunday and not Friday - first travel i will be doing aside from 100meter market errands fully geared with mask and face shield.

All went well, gliding with sensation, just like doing it with lubrication... orgasmic until waze notified me "are u in a traffic?" since there was a significant slowdown of my car speed. thanks to the mountainous terrain... 4 y/o clutch burned itself down. In the middle of nowhere, just reaching the plateau straight leveled road, Coal (my car) stopped. unimpressed of the situation, i was calm, not worried at all, instead uttered gratitude to the great almighty pigeon that I made it trough the terrain... alive! covered in shit but alive.

after assessing the aftermath the next day, i reconciled the cashflow and all the first commissioned revenue will go for coal's repair.

I saw a flock of domesticated pigeon dancing in the dusk made by the setting sun...

among the flock creating the air updraft of the rest, there i knew the one leading must have dropped something... as miracles are about to unfold... and the great almighty pigeon with his flock will stay above me hovering.

I knew I am on the exact place in time where and when all these should be happening.
